Before real estate, Haley spent nearly ten years as a small business owner and hairstylist. That background gave her an instinct for people that no license can teach. She has been deeply rooted in Summerville for years, selling over 100 homes annually and building lasting relationships across the community.

Married 20 years to husband Dylan. Mom of 2, Brayden and Hollyn. Lives in Summerville with doodles Klaus and Cash. Undefeated at cornhole. Never without a good book or live music nearby.

Lynnmarie Solon

Realtor | Relocation Specialist

A Jersey girl who grew up spending summers in South Carolina, Lynn always felt the pull of the Lowcountry. When her husband Eric’s ten-year Air Force career took the family through over a dozen moves and PCS transfers, she lived the relocation experience firsthand, on both sides of the process. That perspective is something no classroom can replicate.

Before joining PEG, Lynn ran two businesses while raising three kids and staying deeply embedded in her community as a youth sports coach, PTA president, and charity supporter. Her background in education, marketing, and real estate photography gives her a rare combination of patience, strategy, and an eye for what buyers and sellers actually need.

Mom to Brooklyn, Hunter, and Kelle. Supported by husband Eric. Fueled by coffee, espresso martinis, and crime podcasts. Ride or die to the people she loves.
